Bells Crossgar Motors, County Down, have won the Groupe Renault UK ‘Gold Dealer of the Year’ award at the popular car manufacturer’s 2018 annual dealer conference, which was held at the Radisson Blu hotel, London, on the 17 th January. Groupe Renault said that the awards results had come after a process in which they assessed the performance of each dealer by considering a variety of key performance indicators including: customer satisfaction, sales volume for both the Renault and Dacia brands, aftersales turnover, and profit.

performance.
