Position: Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

Bells Crossgar Motors has traded from its village location in County Down for more than 50 years. Due to business growth we are now seeking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the successful applicant will join a small Accounting and Administration team.

BOOKEEPER JOB

Job Description: Bookkeeper (Full-Time)


The Role:

· Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries

· Processing financial transactions – purchases, payments, sales & receipts

· Preparing bank lodgments

· Producing invoices

· Other finance/administrative duties as required


Personal attributes

· Previous Accounting and Administration experience

· Strong IT skills (Excel and Sage would be an advantage)

· Professional attitude, good work ethic and able to integrate as part of a team

· Capable of working in a fast-paced, busy office environment
