Valeter (Full-Time Permanent)

Job Duties:

Working with the Used Car Controller, you'll ensure that each vehicle allocated to you is washed and cleaned to a very high standard as per the cleaning rota, using the correct cleaning materials provided. You'll create an efficient flow of vehicles being prepared for customer handovers and deliveries. You'll record any damage or repair work needed on vehicles in your possession, passing this on to the Used Car Controller and the Bodyshop Manager for their attention. This is an important role and the successful candidate must be super organised and efficient with their time, with good communication skills. Being able to work both as a team and independently is also a must.


Role Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar role for at least two years is highly desirable
  2. Ability to work independently and have a strong attention to detail
  3. Full drivers license

Service Advisor (Full-Time Permanent)

As one of our Service Advisors you'll play an extremely important role as the first point of contact in our busy aftersales department. If you're a real people-person, with fantastic communication skills and with experience in a similar role then we'd really love to hear from you. This is a rare opportunity to join this department of our expanding car dealership!

The Person:

  1. Possesses strong organisation skills and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  2. Previous experience in a selling/customer service environment
  3. Must be able to work within a team and independently
  4. Can demonstrate drive, commitment and a willingness to help our customers
  5. Thrives on a challenge with ability to come up with effective and sensitive resolutions
  6. Excellent communicator with good interpersonal communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

  1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a busy car dealership or similar environment
  2. Previous experience in a customer service role - dealing with sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
  3. A good background knowledge and passion for all things cars is desirable but not essential as training will be given
