Role: Senior Sales Executive

Hours: Full-Time

The role:

  • Taking appointments from our clients lead qualification team
  • Meeting and greeting customers (walk in/appointment) and showing them through the dealership
  • Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budget
  • Giving an honest and transparent sales experience
  • Maximise every sales opportunity to meet personal sales and profit targets including conversions, test drives, warranty and add on sales
  • Meeting or exceeding targets based on sales and customer satisfaction
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service to each and every customer
  • Liaising with the customer to arrange a handover and to complete all paperwork for a timely registration of the vehicle
  • Demonstrating the most suitable options for the customer, encouraging them to experience the product
  • Carrying out test drives with customers while explaining the features of the vehicle
  • Conducting personalised and quality vehicle handovers
  • Introducing our customers to our aftersales team to retain a long-term relationship.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years new car sales experience - preferably Peugeot
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Professional with a commitment to adhering to processes and procedures
  • Dynamic and personable person who is willing to learn new things in a rapidly changing industry
  • Full UK driving license
