Our car showrooms are closed until the 2nd of February, but our aftersales & parts centres are open by appointment only. Full safety measures are in place. We have been working hard behind the scenes to facilitate this safely, and we've introduced numerous extra care measures to help stop the spread of Covid-19. UPDATE AS OF 04/01/2021:
With restrictions in place from the Northern Ireland Executive, we wanted to remind you of the safety procedures we have implemented in our showrooms & service centre during this time.
OUR SHOWROOMS ARE CLOSED UNTIL THE 2ND OF FEBRUARY:
But we're still operating as normal online! A virtual online appointment can easily be made by calling (028 44 833 233), making an enquiry online, or by using the live chat facility on our website at www.bellscrossgar.com.
Customers and staff must wear a face mask during any visits with us. If you forget your mask, do not worry, our team can supply you with one right away. The 2m social distancing rule must be adhered to at all times – this is clearly labelled throughout the premises. You’ll see hand sanitiser dispensers at all entry points of the building – please use these before you enter and leave the showroom.
Our servicing staff will be using PPE equipment with disposable wheel /seat covers while your vehicle is in their care, and all touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitised before and after any interaction. If you are due in for service, please remember to arrive on time for your appointment so we can maintain social distancing and our normal safety procedures. Remove all other keys from your key ring and leave your service book and locking wheel nut on your passenger seat. Now that they have resumed, our technicians can take bookings for a full MOT service, or a pre-MOT check.
TEST DRIVES (CLOSED UNTIL 2ND OF FEBRUARY):
We have been conducting unaccompanied test drives to limit any close contact between our staff and customers. Our new and used vehicles on display have all been sanitised and locked. Your car of interest will be sanitised before and after your unaccompanied test drive takes place. You are welcome to request disposable covers during your test drive too.
OPEN NOW: ONLINE SALES & RESERVATIONS
Your whole sales process can be drawn up with you from the comfort of your home. You do not need to visit the showroom to sign documents after you have decided to place an order. Our sales team can do this with you online, very securely, and aid you through the whole process. If you would prefer to receive a video of interest before your appointment we can do this too. Simply get in touch with us via messenger or our website. We have team members allocated for this specifically who are ready to take your request! You can reserve any car online for a small fee of £99.
Finally, despite the situation we all find ourselves in, it’s been really encouraging to see your strong support for local business, how small businesses have adapted with limited resources in place, and the strong fighting spirit we’ve witnessed everywhere. We’d also like to thank our customers and staff for their patience and understanding while we’ve navigated through so many changes.
